OWNERSHIP
Teamify is owned by Computopic I/S (CVR number DK-29249857). Computopic I/S is responsible for all operations, contact, billing, etc.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted with VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, American Express. Payment will be deducted from your account immediately. All amounts are in the seller's currency which can be one of the following Danish Krone, Euro, Australian dollar, Stotinka, Canadian dollar, Czech koruna, Hong Kong dollar, Hungarian forint, Japanese yen, Malaysian ringgit, Mexican peso, Netherlands Antillean guilder, New Zealand dollar, Norwegian krone, Polish złoty, Romanian leu, Singapore dollar, Swedish krona, Swiss franc, British pound, United States dollar. And are incl. VAT, unless otherwise stated. We use an authenticated payment server, that encrypts all payment information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
We charge a fee of 10% and we have the right to change this fee at any time.
DELIVERY
Delivery follows immediately upon receipt of your payment. The right of withdrawal terminates immediately after the service is delivered.
COMMUNICATION
We have permission to send you emails with relevant information as long as you have an account on the platform.
Content postet on this platform must comply with the national and internation laws e.g. laws about content rights
DEFECTS
Teamify is responsible for the platform, but is not responsible for the service that the seller provides to the buyer using the platform.
ABUSE
In case of suspicion of misconduct, Teamify reserves the right, immediately and without notice, to suspend any account, while the circumstances are investigated. Any possible violation of legislation will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the account will be closed permanently, without the possibility of reimbursement.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-years right of complaint applies under the Purchase Act.
The complaint does not apply to errors committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.

REFUND
If a refund has been agreed, please so that w send your bank details e can transfer the agreed amount.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In the event of cancellation of partially used services, payment will be charged for the used period of time. If a a special price has been obtained, e.g. due to quantity, an amount is charged corresponding to the price that had been applicable when purchasing the quantity used. The right of withdrawal lapses when the event is settled.
